Developed during the peak of World War II, the M88 was a specialized American tank destroyer designed to counteract heavily armored opposition. This exceptionally armed vehicle, built on the chassis of a large truck, was chiefly used for recovering damaged vehicles from the battlefield. Nonetheless, the M88's strength and heavy cannon made it a
